The Gospel of Mark:
Faith Not Fear

January 6 and 7 to March 31 and April 1
Tuesday morning from 9:00 to 11:00am or
Wednesday Evening 7:00 to 9:00 pm
Classes will be held in the Marron Center Galilee Room

Fear is so powerful it can paralyze us or, even worse, lead us to turn our back on the things and people that are most important. Saint Peter knew this well, and in Mark’s Gospel we learn how faith in Jesus can free us forever, just as it freed Jesus’ first disciples.

Join Dr. Tim Gray in this powerful 13-part series to discover the Gospel of Mark like never before. Immerse yourself in this action-packed Gospel that offers Saint Peter’s account of Christ’s life and teaching. Delve deep into the theme of true discipleship and see how Jesus reveals his identity in authoritative words and deeds. Consider more closely Jesus’ teachings and walk with him from Gethsemane to Calvary along the Way of the Cross. Let this study lead you to a profound reflection on the shortest of the four Gospels.

Whether you are a seasoned Bible scholar or someone who has never opened a Bible, participation in this study will increase your understanding of Holy Scripture and allow you to develop lasting fellowship with other parishioners.
